What do we understand by dying?

People tend to be scared of death or dying, so they try not to think about it. In this process of brainwashing oneself that death is something that happens only to other people, we lose a lot of spiritual growth opportunities. Once we make peace with the fact that our bodies are ageing organisms and that its death is absolutely necessary and definitely inevitable we find a sudden release of the burden of fear. A new life-so-to-speak- opens for us and we start enjoying the days more, and later as we mature in the truth we can start looking forward to dying.

Death is as much of an ending as birth is, and birth is as much a new departure as death is-life is cyclic movement marked by the same event we sometimes call death and other times call birth. Death and birth is all the same thing.
